Troubleshooting

This document lists problems you may encounter when using TRAE and provides relevant solutions.

Getting Information Required for Troubleshooting

For troubleshooting purposes, user ID information is usually required; investigating model performance issues requires SessionID; in-depth analysis of certain errors requires user logs.

Querying User ID

  1. Go to the TRAE website
  2. While logged in, double-click the TRAE logo in the upper left corner
  3. The interface will display "Copy successful"
  4. The numeric string displayed after pasting is the user ID

Querying Chat SessionID

  1. Find the target chat segment
  2. Click the TRAE avatar in the upper right corner
  3. "Copy successful" appears at the top of the IDE, indicating you have successfully copied the SessionID of this chat segment

Packaging Logs

  1. Use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl / Command + Shift + P to open the command palette
  2. Enter keywords
